I am a licensed mental health counselor. I have been working in mental health since I was 18 and have over a decade of experience.

I am based in PA and frequently travel to NY, NJ, DE, RI, VI. I am happy to travel to you for longer sessions focused around sex and intimacy. I do provide online services and utilize telehealth for talk therapy all the time!

I offer talk therapy and have utilized a wide range of modalities to best make the sessions fit your needs. There is no topic that is taboo. I provide trauma informed care and cater to the LGBTQ+ community.

Where ever you are in your life, I am here to support you and help you be happy, fulfilled and confident. Sex is a large part of our lives and there is nothing shameful about wanting what you want. I can help bridge the gap from desire to reality. We will talk about safety, consent, and what you most need.
